1 1/2 pounds ground venison
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
In a large bowl, combine meat, tomato juice, oats, egg, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly.
Press into 8×4 inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear. Drain. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
