Some visitors may have noticed that our product area has been missing in action since early April. This has been due to a technical glitch that resulted in an immense lack of communication. In short we received no notice of upcoming changes from the merchants who supply the products. In turn when these changes took place all of our products disappeared. This change affected more than DeerFever. Being part of the Water and Woods Network it is affecting every site within the network and we began repairing these network pages, 1500 in total, as quickly as possible according to the seasonal activity levels up until now.

As of this post we are now concentrating our efforts into rebuilding the product pages here at DeerFever and will be listing our progress below as pages are built, updated, and published.

You will notice that now we are not breaking pages down into sections. In the past we allowed 25 products per page. At this point we want to get these products back online as quickly as possible so we have reviewed that limit and changed to 100 products per page. We have also used a system that entails longer product descriptions and much larger pictures. Although this does make for slower loading pages you do have the option to visit the product for more info by clicking the text link that accompanies each product. So, for those on a slower computer, there’s no need to wait.

We haven’t set a timeline for finishing this re-build. The current sections that are complete will be added below.
